Custom Revit Families
I create any Revit family you need on demand – fully parametric, adjustable in every dimension, with materials and visuals set automatically. A library of parametric Revit families can speed up modeling by up to 2x and cut rework by up to 50%.
Examples of families I can create:
- Precast elements (purlins, trusses, structural framing, perimeter framing, columns and similar)
- Cast-in-place elements (cast-in-place stairs, landings)
- Steel elements (embedded plates, dowels)

Dynamo Scripts
Dynamo helps where Revit alone isn't enough. For example, Revit's native Trim function can only trim one element at a time – with a custom script, I can trim practically all elements in the model at once, tested on 1000+ elements. Another example: on precast halls, where roof structural framing can make up as much as 70% of the elements, I can use Dynamo to set Disallow Join in bulk for all of them at once, preventing unwanted joining of roof elements.

Custom Revit Plugin on Request
On request, I can also develop a basic custom Revit plugin for your company. Currently in development is SnapSheets, a plugin that can automatically pre-set the entire drawing sheet naming convention while exporting both .pdf and .dwg at the same time. Personally, it has saved me an enormous amount of time on huge projects, where exporting drawings is basically a daily task.

Dynamo is a visual programming tool connected to Revit that lets you automate repetitive or complex tasks Revit can't do on its own – for example, bulk-editing elements across an entire model at once.
Can you work with older versions of Revit?
Yes, I can work with multiple Revit versions depending on what you or your team use – what matters most is that we agree on a data exchange format.
How long does it take to create a custom parametric Revit family?
It depends on the complexity of the family and the number of parameters. Simpler Revit families can be ready within a few days; for more complex ones (e.g. precast halls) we'll agree on the exact scope and timeline beforehand.
Can you create a Revit family from a manufacturer's data sheet?
Yes, I can build a Revit family directly from a manufacturer's data sheet, PDF documentation or technical parameters – dimensions, materials and required parameters are set exactly according to the supplied documentation.
Can you build Revit families tailored for Facility Management needs?
Yes, I can prepare Revit families with the parameters needed for Facility Management – such as equipment type, manufacturer, warranty period or maintenance interval – exactly according to the requirements defined in the EIR or BEP document.
Can you create parametric Revit families for precast halls too?
Yes, I build custom parametric Revit families for precast halls too – foundation structural framing, walls, columns, trusses, purlins and other precast elements, exactly according to your standard details or the manufacturer's catalog.
Who owns the source code of the finished plugin?
For a custom company plugin, you own the finished result you order and pay for. I typically retain the right to reuse general, reusable parts of the code (for example, the underlying foundation the plugin is built on) for other projects. The exact terms can always be agreed on specifically at the start of the engagement.
